PetroChina International Co., Ltd. (PetroChina International) was established as a wholly owned subsidiary of PetroChina Company Limited (PetroChina) on January 18, 2002. The registered capital is 14 billion Chinese Yuan. The Company manages and organizes international trade of crude oil, refined products, petrochemicals, natural gas and other businesses. PetroChina International also involves in construction and management of overseas storage facilities, refining and chemicals, service station and transportation facilities.

The company taking advantage of strengths from PetroChina is now actively exploring international market, developing value added trades, extending the value chain, innovating in trade models, and enhancing trade methods. A fast and steady progress has been made in international trade business. Businesses cover the import, export and transit trade, overseas commissioned processing. Trading activities are now covering over 100 kinds of products in over 80 countries and regions, including oil refining, blending, storage, transportation and wholesale and retail.
